Global Field & Event Marketing Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of Nash’s global event strategy and implement field marketing across all regions.

• Collaborate with regional GTM leads to develop the event calendar.

• Lead field managers in the APAC, EMEA, and North America regions.

• Report directly to the VP of Growth and work closely with regional Sales leaders.

• Choose events and sponsorships while determining the investment levels.

• Align event account lists with Sales outreach efforts.

• Evaluate event returns and utilize outcomes to inform future event strategies.

• Manage the regional field budget in relation to pipeline and deal acceleration.

• Oversee booths, dinners, hosted events, gifting, merchandise, and promotional items.

• Organize ABM events for key accounts, including executive dinners, on-site meetings, and account-specific gifts.

• Cultivate relationships with event organizers, partners, and vendors.

• Select and manage regional vendors and production partners for booth construction, printing, promotional items, freight, and storage.

• Create event content and direct photographers, videographers, attendees, and team postings.

• Uphold standards for internal events, such as all-hands meetings and company retreats.

• Recruit field managers, establish standards, and personally oversee the most critical events.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years in B2B field or event marketing across multiple regions.

• Proven experience in independently managing shows/events, including selection, execution, and accountability for outcomes.

• Demonstrated ability to run a flagship event that attracts attendees and generates post-event discussions.

• Experience in building and leading a team across different time zones, including hiring employees or contractors.

• Capacity to self-initiate, resolve obstacles, execute within budget and tight timelines, and establish repeatable systems.

• Strong aesthetic sense and refinement in event production and guest experiences.

• Proficiency in linking events to pipeline growth, tracking event-generated pipeline movement, and planning comprehensive annual event programs.

• Familiarity with AI integrated into workflows, including demonstrated improvements or developments.

• Command over budget and logistics at scale, maintaining composure during event weeks.

• Availability to travel 30–40% of the year.
