This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +5 more countries.
• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance activities for WorkMotion’s global entities.
• Monitor and ensure adherence to corporate compliance requirements, such as license renewals, UBO reporting, KYC filings, and governance responsibilities.
• Assist in facilitating international growth by managing entity setup and operational infrastructure.
• Identify, select, and oversee external partners and providers within the local EOR framework.
• Support project management efforts for expansion, infrastructure enhancements, special company projects, and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations, and Legal teams.
• Act as a primary point of contact for inquiries related to entities.
• Maintain and refresh documentation, records, and data to ensure accuracy and readiness for audits.
• Assist with audits, regulatory inspections, and internal evaluations.
• Recognize and address inefficiencies, issues, and gaps within entity management systems and internal processes.
• Liaise with external legal, corporate, compliance, and local infrastructure partners across various jurisdictions.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in international operations, project management, entity setup/maintenance, legal operations, or compliance management.
• Proficient in project management skills, including leading initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, and managing timelines.
• Possess an open-minded and organized work approach, with adaptability across various topics and tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork abilities.
• Comfortable in fast-paced and dynamic work environments.
• Proactive in problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong attention to detail and proficient documentation practices.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in entity management, legal/paralegal work, or project coordination is advantageous.
• Familiarity with regulated environments, particularly in FinTech, SaaS, or multinational operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of corporate governance, entity compliance, regulatory obligations, and operational risk management in a global setting is beneficial.
• Experience working asynchronously in a remote-first or globally distributed setting is an added advantage.
