This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee annual benchmarking initiatives by submitting compensation data for associates to external survey vendors and analyzing the outcomes.
• Generate analyses at both Corporate and OpCo group levels to evaluate internal equity, market competitiveness, pay positioning, and business context.
• Assist in the implementation of new or revised compensation and benefit programs for both Corporate and OpCo.
• Participate in global and executive compensation projects by conducting data analysis, benchmarking, modeling, preparing materials, and following up.
• Aid in the annual assessment of pay zone premiums by collecting market data, validating inputs, and formulating recommendations.
• Develop and maintain compensation tools, templates, training materials, and reference documents for HR Business Partners and managers.
• Collaborate on Workday compensation enhancements through testing, data validation, process documentation, and gathering feedback.
• Facilitate annual compensation process communications by creating presentations and monitoring timelines.
• Record standard operating procedures for recurring compensation processes.
• Manage ongoing compensation governance activities, track exceptions, document decisions, oversee approvals, and escalate inquiries.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in compensation, Total Rewards, Finance, HR analytics, or a related HR function.
• Familiarity with market benchmarking, compensation data, pay programs, or HRBP support.
• Excellent analytical capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Capability to work accurately with compensation data, market data, and regular analyses.
• Experience with HRIS data, ideally Workday or a similar platform.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate compensation concepts into actionable guidance.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
• A commitment to continuous improvement.
• Preferred: Experience with Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, or related testing or process enhancement activities in Workday.
• Preferred: Experience in supporting global compensation programs, multi-country pay practices, or a matrixed operating company environment.
• Preferred: Familiarity with external compensation survey vendors, incentive plans, equity programs, or compensation governance processes.
