📋 Description

• Manage a high-value global spend portfolio exceeding $170M.

• Lead the global category for Heat Exchangers & Valves within a team of 8–10 members using a dotted-line organizational structure.

• Formulate and implement a global category strategy that aligns with engineering objectives.

• Foster supplier innovation and cultivate strategic partnerships.

• Utilize AI and analytics to optimize costs and sourcing processes.

• Regularly present to senior executives, including the Chief Procurement Officer when necessary.

• Support data centers as a crucial growth driver by scaling the Motors and associated category strategy and supply base to accommodate increasing demand.

• Deliver on cost and value, innovation and supplier impact, execution speed, and alignment with executive stakeholders.
