• Spearhead the Future of Quality in the Biopharmaceutical sector

• Enable cooperative workstreams from initial concept to final delivery

• Support team members in crafting publications, benchmarking studies, proof of concepts, and industry guidelines

• Foster trusted relationships with senior stakeholders throughout the global biopharma landscape

• Conduct impactful virtual and in-person meetings as well as international events

• Transform intricate technical discussions into practical and accessible outcomes

• Oversee engagement, pinpoint emerging trends, and ensure continued progress of workstreams

• Capture and convey the value created through collaborative efforts

• Background in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, CDMOs, or consulting

• Experience in project or change management within complex, collaborative settings

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities

• Capacity to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights

• Confidence in facilitating discussions with senior leaders and subject matter experts

• A collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to action and continuous improvement

• Comfort in a remote working environment within a fast-paced, evolving organization
