This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Lead the Global Center of Excellence platform across various service lines and regions.
• Propel organizational transformation, foster innovation, ensure continuous improvement, maintain client focus, and achieve operational excellence.
• Offer strategic oversight for technology implementation, performance management, and innovation projects.
• Develop and enhance standardized operating procedures, governance frameworks, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Supervise the integration of IWMS, analytics dashboards, and incident management systems.
• Sponsor and evaluate performance metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Coordinate global sourcing and vendor management, which includes contractor pre-qualification, compliance, and performance assessments.
• Oversee cross-functional program coordination and change management efforts.
• Directly supervise a team of 9.5 direct reports across Innovation & Change, Performance, HSSE, Engineering, and Sourcing.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational challenges, risk management, compliance, and HSSE issues.
• Represent the CoE in executive reviews, governance meetings, and business discussions.
• Facilitate talent development, training, and succession planning.
• Ensure adherence to JLL's HSSE Management System, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and client-specific standards.
• Promote global cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Report directly to the Global Account Director.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in corporate real estate.
• Proven expertise in IFM, Project Management, Transaction Management, Lease Administration, Occupancy Planning, and Finance Management within a global, multi-site context.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing Centers of Excellence or equivalent platforms.
• History of driving organizational transformation, innovation, and ongoing improvement.
• Strong understanding of governance models, quality management systems, ISO standards, compliance frameworks, change management methodologies, and process optimization.
• Proven HSSE management experience, including familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Experience in implementing and optimizing IWMS, analytics, and reporting tools.
• Background in global sourcing and vendor management, including platforms like Avetta, ISNetworld, and Sedex.
• Ability to influence senior executives and manage complex stakeholder ecosystems in a client-facing environment.
• Advanced skills in data analysis, cross-functional program coordination, performance management, and KPI development.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, real estate, or a related discipline is required.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent Lean certifications are highly preferred.
• An MBA or relevant master's degree is preferred.
