Global Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee global immigration cases from start to finish while adhering to contractual service level agreements (SLAs) across various jurisdictions.

• Provide eligibility evaluations, case strategies, and practical timelines to clients and assignees.

• Act as the primary liaison for client HR, Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition, and Legal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with network partners and vendors, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality benchmarks.

• Keep track of legislative changes in assigned jurisdictions and translate them into guidance for clients.

• Monitor cases, milestones, and documentation in Manifest's platform to maintain audit readiness.

• Identify and introduce enhancements in workflow, templates, or automation to minimize processing times.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of corporate immigration experience outside the U.S., whether at a firm, service provider, or in-house.

• Practical case management experience across multiple jurisdictions, including work permits and permanent residency.

• Demonstrated success in SLA and KPI delivery for high-volume enterprise programs.

• Experience in managing external network partners or vendors.

• Strong communication abilities with HR, Mobility, and Legal stakeholders, especially under pressure.

• Outstanding organizational skills and accuracy when managing multiple deadlines simultaneously.

• Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Experience in enterprise markets such as the UK, Canada, Germany, India, Singapore, or Australia is advantageous.

• Background in both provider and in-house aspects of global mobility is a plus.

• Familiarity with business traveler compliance or permit-expiry tracking programs is a plus.

• Exposure to U.S. immigration and its relationship with global assignments is a plus.
