German to English Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Always be ready to take notes during calls.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages without adding, omitting, or altering content.

• Enable effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing precise and complete interpretation of messages.

• Participate in internal professional training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both German and English is a must.

• Technical prerequisites include: a reliable internet connection, computing hardware (Windows 10, dual-core processor, 8 GB RAM), a wired internet setup, and specific headphones.

• Prior experience as an Over-the-Phone Interpreter (OPI) or Video Remote Interpreter (VRI) is preferred.
