German Registered Nurse, Pflegefachkraft

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, including technical or clinical information within a specified scope of practice.

• Act as a telecare clinical contact for patients, clinical personnel, and internal team members.

• Assist with escalations from the Level 1 Technical Services team.

• Adhere to environmental, health, safety protocols, and company policies.

• Serve as a liaison among customers, TalentWorldGroup, and the client.

• Maintain online knowledge bases, troubleshooting guides, and reference materials.

• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, equipment reliability, and treatment quality.

• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled outbound calls to telecare patients and clinical collaborators.

• Handle inbound calls from telecare patients and clinical collaborators.

• Analyze treatment data and recognize clinical, user, or product-related trends.

• Accurately document interactions and share pertinent information with relevant stakeholders.

• Complete an 8-week paid remote training program encompassing technical support, systems, and treatment analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Germany.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued in Germany.

• Nursing degree (BSc or equivalent nursing diploma).

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.

• Broadband internet connection via Ethernet/LAN, with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• Intel Core i5 / AMD Ryzen 5 or higher processor.

• 16 GB RAM.

• 120 GB SSD.

• Wired USB headset.

• Windows 11 or later operating system.

• 2–4 years of customer service or contact center experience preferred, but not essential.

• Experience with dialysis therapy is advantageous but not mandatory.
