German Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with the AI model regarding scenarios in the German language.

• Assess the accuracy of facts and the logical coherence of responses.

• Document reproducible error traces and identify failure modes of the model.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Challenge sophisticated language models on topics related to German linguistics.

• Assist in the creation of high-quality training data for next-generation AI systems.

• Confirm the compatibility of the Android device prior to project involvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the German language, encompassing grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics.

• In-depth knowledge of German verb conjugation, case systems (nominative, accusative, dative, genitive), word order, declensions, gender, and stylistic variations.

• Ability to communicate clearly and metacognitively while demonstrating problem-solving processes.

• Possession of an eligible supported Android device.

• Mandatory verification of the Android device before starting the project.

• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.

• A master’s or PhD in German language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Background in peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or practical linguistic analysis projects is advantageous.
