This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Engage with advanced language models on topics related to the German language.

• Document instances of model failures to enhance reasoning capabilities.

• Interact with the model in various language-related scenarios.

• Assess the factual correctness and logical consistency of outputs.

• Record traceable error patterns for reproducibility.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Contribute to the development of high-quality training data for next-generation AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the German language, encompassing grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics.

• Capability to assess verb conjugation, case systems, word order, declensions, gender, and stylistic variations.

• Skill in engaging with language models across various language scenarios.

• Competence in verifying factual accuracy and logical coherence.

• Ability to document reproducible error patterns.

• Aptitude for recommending improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills.

• A master’s or PhD in German language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferable.

• Evidence of peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or involvement in hands-on linguistic analysis projects indicates a suitable fit.
