German Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions with language models on various linguistic scenarios.

• Challenge sophisticated language models regarding German linguistic subjects.

• Assess the accuracy of facts and the logical coherence of the information.

• Document reproducible error traces and outline failure modes.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Contribute to the training data for the upcoming generation of AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the German language, encompassing grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics.

• In-depth knowledge of verb conjugation, the German case system (nominative, accusative, dative, genitive), word order, declensions, gender, and stylistic variation.

• Excellent metacognitive communication skills—demonstrating your thought process—is crucial.

• A master’s degree or PhD in German language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Experience with peer-reviewed publications, teaching, or practical linguistic analysis projects is indicative of a good fit.
