German Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage with AI language models in German-language contexts.

• Challenge models on aspects of German grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, pragmatics, and stylistic diversity.

• Assess factual correctness and logical consistency.

• Capture reproducible error patterns and document instances of model failures.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Assist in generating high-quality training data for cutting-edge AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the German language, encompassing grammar, syntax, morphology, phonology, semantics, and pragmatics.

• In-depth knowledge of German verb conjugation, the case system (nominative, accusative, dative, genitive), word order, declensions, gender, and stylistic variation.

• A Master’s or PhD in German language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Experience with peer-reviewed publications, teaching, or practical linguistic analysis projects indicates suitability.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and the ability to articulate your processes.

• An eligible supported Android device is required.

• Device verification is necessary before participation in the project.

• A secure computer and high-speed internet connection are mandatory.

• Geographic location and experience may influence the final compensation offered.
