German & English Speaking Operations Customer Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and written inquiries from clients.

• Deliver clear, friendly, and professional assistance in both German and English.

• Provide expert advice regarding bookings, modifications, cancellations, and travel arrangements.

• Update and preserve customer and booking information effectively.

• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Assist Booking.com travelers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them toward memorable journeys.

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written.

• Strong command of the English language.

• Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities.

• Capable of engaging confidently with a variety of customer profiles.

• Competent computer skills and quick typing abilities.

• Creative, solution-focused mindset with a strong team-oriented approach.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Must reside in Georgia.

• Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous, but not mandatory.
