This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

• Manage incoming calls and written inquiries from clients

• Deliver friendly, clear, and professional assistance in both German and English

• Provide expert advice on bookings, modifications, cancellations, and travel arrangements

• Update and maintain customer and booking information

• Collaborate closely with your team to ensure an exceptional customer experience

• Proficient in German, both spoken and written

• Strong English language skills

• Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities

• Confidently engage with a diverse range of customers

• Proficient computer skills and fast typing abilities

• Creative, solution-focused mentality and a strong team player

• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Experience in a similar position is advantageous, but not mandatory

• Residency in Georgia is required
