German Customer Support Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Deliver customer support in German, offering assistance in English when necessary.

• Manage inquiries, user questions, and service requests through phone, email, and chat.

• Provide assistance to customers, caregivers, and healthcare professionals with empathy, clarity, and accuracy.

• Support users in troubleshooting and general usage guidance.

• Maintain adherence to quality standards.

• Work closely with the Team Leader to ensure operational excellence.

• Participate in rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 7 am and 10 pm.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German (C2) – mandatory.

• Strong command of English (C1) – for internal communication and training purposes.

• Exceptional communication, empathy, and active listening capabilities.

• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.

• Ability to excel in a multicultural setting.

• Previous experience in customer service or support is advantageous but not essential.
