📋 Description

• Manage the strategy and operations of the infrastructure and cloud environments, ensuring availability, performance, scalability, security, and resilience of critical services.

• Lead the evolution of the cloud journey, supporting hybrid and multicloud environments, promoting automation, infrastructure as code (IaC), SRE practices, and observability.

• Ensure capacity management of technological environments, supporting business growth and adherence to regulatory and operational requirements.

• Drive FinOps practices, promoting financial governance of infrastructure and cloud environments, focusing on cost optimization, budget predictability, and operational efficiency.

• Oversee budget management (CAPEX and OPEX), strategic negotiations, contracts, and relationships with technology vendors and providers.

• Ensure governance of infrastructure processes, risk management, regulatory compliance, auditing, business continuity, and disaster recovery.

• Develop and monitor technological roadmaps aligned with the organization's strategy, leading modernization, innovation, and adoption of new technologies.

• Monitor operational, financial, and risk indicators, translating technical information into analyses and recommendations for senior leadership.

• Promote integration between infrastructure, architecture, security, data, and other business areas, positioning technology as an enabler of organizational strategy.

• Lead, develop, and engage technical teams and leadership, strengthening critical competencies in Infrastructure, Cloud, SRE, and FinOps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.

• Solid experience in managing technical teams and leadership in Infrastructure and Cloud.

• Experience in large corporate environments; experience in the financial system is a relevant differential.

• Proven experience in Public Cloud, with expertise in AWS and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI): landing zone, networks, computing, storage, managed services, and contracting models and discounts.

• Experience in Private Cloud and virtualization with VMware (vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VCF), including high availability, capacity, and licensing evolution.

• Knowledge of hybrid architecture and connectivity between data centers and cloud providers, containers, and orchestration (Kubernetes/EKS).

• Proficiency in infrastructure as code and automation (Terraform, Ansible) and SRE practices and observability.

• Experience in FinOps, capacity management, and cost optimization in multicloud and on-premises environments.

• Knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks: BACEN, CMN Resolution No. 5,274, and LGPD, including cloud service contracting requirements.

• Experience in budget management (CAPEX and OPEX), negotiation with suppliers, and management of technology contracts.

• Strong executive communication skills, with a history of presenting indicators, costs, and risks to senior leadership forums.

• Desired certifications include AWS (Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional), VMware VCP/VCAP, FinOps Certified Practitioner, and ITIL.
