This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the assembly and installation of Kaplan and Francis turbines at both large and small hydroelectric power facilities, ensuring adherence to timelines, contractual obligations, and quality standards.

• Work in collaboration with site and construction managers to efficiently sequence tasks and guarantee the availability of necessary labor, tools, and resources.

• Assess the skills and performance of contractors, ensuring that all work is conducted in strict accordance with established procedures, technical specifications, and quality guidelines.

• Ensure that all operations comply with company safety protocols and local regulations, protecting the health and safety of personnel as well as the integrity of equipment.

• Keep technical drawings and documents current, issue non-conformance reports (NCRs), and coordinate technical solutions with engineering teams.

• Provide training to client teams on system operations and offer continuous technical support during and after the assembly phase.

• Encourage process analysis and the sharing of insights with the engineering team to enhance future operations.
