Generative AI Engineer – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical exploration of projects, ensuring alignment of audit business rules, scope, and technical viability.

• Create and deploy sophisticated Generative AI systems utilizing multi-agent architectures, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and RAG.

• Establish MLOps and GenAIOps methodologies for model oversight, experiment versioning, cost and token monitoring, and automated CI/CD deployments.

• Organize, test, and sustain BigQuery massive data processing pipelines, integrating sources using Python, Pandas, PySpark, and advanced SQL.

• Formulate, implement, and enhance real-time statistical and analytical metrics.

• Utilize Machine Learning algorithms to identify anomalies, operational discrepancies, and fraudulent activities.

• Construct real-time monitoring dashboards with Grafana and similar tools.

• Assist audit teams in the ongoing evaluation of risks and communication of findings to committees.

• Perform bias, hallucination, jailbreak, and prompt security assessments.

• Maintain investigative confidentiality concerning other lines of defense.

• Spearhead the development of AI agents, analytical solutions, and predictive models from the initial concept to production deployment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant professional experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or Senior AI Engineer.

• Advanced expertise in Python, particularly in AI software engineering and API development using FastAPI.

• Experience in developing LLM-based applications with LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI, integrated within GenAIOps pipelines.

• Extensive experience with RAG, vector databases, and advanced prompt engineering.

• Strong familiarity with the Google Cloud ecosystem, particularly Kubernetes (GKE), Vertex AI (Agent Builder, Model Registry), and Cloud Run.

• Knowledge of agent persistence and memory management using Firestore or Datastore.

• Proficient in advanced SQL for extracting, cleansing, and aggregating transactional data in BigQuery.

• Experience with Git, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.

• A proactive and curious approach to testing and validating emerging AI technologies.

• Exceptional analytical abilities and a strong focus on data quality and model statistical accuracy.

• Capability to work effectively in agile teams, translating complex results into actionable business insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Preferred qualifications include experience with analytical solutions for the financial or GRC sectors; familiarity with MLOps and GenAIOps tools such as MLflow or Vertex Pipelines; knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry; and Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer or Professional Data Engineer certifications.
