Generative AI Developer, Agentic AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

• Create AI assistants, RAG and GraphRAG pipelines, and workflows for single-agent or multi-agent systems.

• Construct robust Python services, APIs, and reusable backend components.

• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, databases, document repositories, and development tools.

• Identify the most suitable technical approach for each use case: LLM, RAG, GraphRAG, or agentic architectures.

• Develop proofs of concept, MVPs, and pilots that are scalable to production.

• Create connectors, orchestration modules, prompt libraries, evaluation tools, and protection mechanisms.

• Apply Responsible AI principles, ensuring security and compliance.

• Address risks associated with prompt injection, data protection, and access control.

• Document architectures, development processes, and technical decisions.

• Collaborate with Data, UX, Cloud, business, and product teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software development.

• Strong practical experience in Python development.

• Proficient in LLMs and Prompt Engineering.

• Solid understanding of RAG architectures.

• Experience with vector databases.

• Background in backend development and API creation.

• Skilled in Git, software testing, and CI/CD methodologies.

• Experience with cloud deployment.

• Expertise in the evaluation, observability, and security of AI systems.

• Familiarity with one or more frameworks: LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or Hugging Face.

• Fluency in both French and English (mandatory).

• Possess an analytical mindset, attention to detail, technical curiosity, and the ability to excel in a dynamic environment, along with strong teamwork abilities.

• Experience with GraphRAG, knowledge graphs, or enterprise metadata is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or GCP is a plus.

• Experience in developing copilots or productivity tools is beneficial.

• Knowledge of AI security, Responsible AI, GDPR, or regulated environments is advantageous.

• Experience in building reusable platforms or technical components is a plus.

• Proficiency in Spanish or another European language is a plus.
