This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Oversee the entire GE Healthcare business operations for Romania and the Republic of Moldova by utilizing cross-functional leadership and developing commercial teams.
• Establish and execute GE Healthcare’s commercial strategy within the designated region.
• Optimize resource allocation to maximize market potential and achieve yearly Operating Plan growth.
• Direct all sales efforts and manage the P&L for the GE Healthcare region.
• Offer strategic leadership and guidance with complete accountability for the GE Healthcare HCS P&L.
• Spearhead strategic sales initiatives and enhance commercial effectiveness by identifying, assessing, and prioritizing needs.
• Create and implement comprehensive business plans that encompass strategies, tactics, financial goals, budgets, channel structure, and resource allocation.
• Evaluate financial performance against targets and initiate corrective measures as necessary.
• Assess the commercial capabilities of the ecosystem to facilitate gap analysis and improvement planning.
• Develop and present the Commercial Strategy/Playbook.
• Analyze, develop, and communicate significant market and customer trends.
• Enhance the consistency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
• Utilize industry insights and market knowledge to secure a competitive edge.
• Foster long-term customer relationships and enhance the business's external image.
• Collaborate with senior management to devise solutions that optimize GE Healthcare's results.
• Lead intricate, cross-business negotiations and personally oversee the most significant strategic deals in the area.
• Assemble and manage robust account teams while driving team performance.
• Propel organizational and cultural transformations.
• Oversee and develop commercial personnel, including both direct and indirect reports.
• Ensure adherence to GE Healthcare policies and the business code of conduct.
• Advocate for a safe working environment and ensure compliance with relevant EHS policies and procedures.
• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven history in Business Management, Sales, and Marketing leadership, with extensive knowledge of the healthcare sector.
• Experience in structuring large, complex strategic agreements.
• Strong business insight with the capability to accurately assess financial needs and establish budgets effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coordinate resources and inspire teams.
• Inclusive leadership style that fosters connections with the workforce through personal engagement and trust.
• Proven capability to influence and implement change through exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding presentation abilities.
