This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop innovative and insightful perspectives on the trends, growth strategies, and leadership practices within the AI Orchestration market.
• Provide strategic guidance to Tech CEOs of small to midsize providers regarding growth tactics, market dynamics, and technological advancements.
• Interact directly with Tech CEOs through virtual and in-person engagements, including Gartner conferences and industry events.
• Create actionable frameworks and best practices aimed at enhancing decision-making and execution processes.
• Analyze and forecast shifts in the AI Orchestration market and competitive landscape.
• Present findings and thought leadership content at Gartner events, client briefings, and professional associations.
• Work alongside Gartner’s Insights community to influence research agendas and share ideas that impact the AI Orchestration market.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 12 years of relevant experience or experience in leadership roles within AI Orchestration.
• Proven experience in small or mid-sized technology companies.
• Executive presence and the ability to build credibility with executives and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational capabilities and a track record of working efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication, as well as analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize data, applying patterns and frameworks effectively.
• Competence in explaining complex concepts in a clear and straightforward manner.
• Subject matter expertise with comfort in presenting at both large and small-scale speaking events.
• Strong business acumen and financial insight.
• In-depth understanding of the global and competitive landscape in the relevant field.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating across multicultural global teams.
• Skillful in navigating complex, matrixed environments.
• Capable of effectively representing Gartner's research methodologies and strategies at all organizational levels.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% as required.
