General Clinician, MD/DO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create grading standards that deconstruct clinical responses into specific, verifiable criteria.

• Assess multi-turn clinical conversations for precision, safety, thoroughness, suitable hedging, and escalation recommendations.

• Annotate clinical reasoning, detailing considered and dismissed differential diagnoses.

• Review outputs for fabricated findings, critical omissions, unjustified certainty, and clinically unsafe recommendations.

• Develop specialty-specific guidelines, edge cases, and care standards.

• Craft challenging clinical questions that test the limits of model reasoning.

• Achieve stream-specific throughput goals across various workstreams.

• Transition between simultaneous clinical workstreams based on specialty, availability, interest, and changing priorities.

• Engage in non-clinical AI system development and evaluation without direct patient care or live-diagnosis responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• MD or DO with a completed residency in any specialty.

• Active, unrestricted medical license in your country of practice.

• Over 2 years of post-residency clinical experience, either practicing or previously practicing.

• Ability to write structured clinical rationale that can be easily understood by a non-specialist reviewer.

• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

• Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with the capability to concentrate hours when a stream is time-sensitive.

• Preferred: Board certification in your specialty.

• Preferred: U.S. licensure and familiarity with U.S. standards of care and clinical guidelines.

• Preferred: Background in primary care, internal medicine, emergency medicine, or as a hospitalist.

• Preferred: Prior experience in clinical annotation, AI evaluation, medical education, or question-writing.

• Preferred: Experience in grading-criteria design, resident assessment, or clinical guideline development.

• Preferred: Published research or ongoing technical writing, with a sample linked.
