General and Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assess the quality and accuracy of AI-generated operational plans, staff schedules, performance evaluations, and various management documents.

• Conduct head-to-head comparisons of AI-generated responses based on operational viability, financial integrity, and feasibility across departments.

• Analyze operational scenarios related to budgeting, staffing, workflow coordination, and performance enhancement strategies.

• Offer expert insights to aid in the evaluation and enhancement of state-of-the-art AI systems.

• Complete an initial task for approval prior to being eligible for hourly compensation for the remainder of the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in roles such as General Manager, Operations Manager, Operations Director, Business Manager, District Manager, or a similar general operations management position.

• Proven experience in overseeing multi-department or multi-location operations, including budgeting, staffing, and performance management.

• Ability to dedicate 20+ hours per week.

• Exceptional written communication skills in English.

• Must not require H-1B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
