GenAI Safety Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Supervise the generation of datasets, reports, and analyses pertaining to AI safety and red teaming initiatives.

• Evaluate and endorse deliverables to ensure compliance with quality, methodological, and ethical standards.

• Provide final outputs to clients post-approval and deliver actionable insights that tackle primary risks and vulnerabilities.

• Provide continuous structured feedback on the quality of deliverables and the efficiency of team processes, fostering ongoing improvement.

• Develop and enhance red teaming methodologies for new Responsible AI projects.

• Lead the creation of adversarial testing strategies aimed at uncovering potential weaknesses in models across text, image, and multimodal systems.

• Assist in research efforts designed to identify and alleviate emerging risks in Generative AI applications.

• Participate in client meetings to tackle broader methodological or operational inquiries.

• Represent the red teaming division in collaborative efforts with other ActiveFence teams across departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established experience in red teaming, AI safety research, or Responsible AI operations.

• Proven track record in managing complex projects and teams within a technical or analytical setting.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience.

• In-depth knowledge of adversarial testing techniques and model evaluation.

• Outstanding communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a background in managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Comfort in client-facing roles, including presenting deliverables and addressing high-level inquiries.
