This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Formulate comprehensive business plans to implement brand strategies and tactics in the field.
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives to meet or surpass business goals.
• Establish strong partnerships with customers and accounts.
• Create a high-quality territory plan.
• Develop pre-call strategies and conduct post-call evaluations to enhance sales performance continuously.
• Address key stakeholders' needs, expectations, and challenges to foster trusted relationships.
• Implement a call plan that meets established metrics and optimizes coverage of essential customers.
• Gain insights into customer needs, territory landscape, competitors, market segments, dynamics, accounts, diseases, products, and clinical expertise.
• Share market insights with the district manager and team members to align on environmental changes and refine brand strategy.
• Highlight AbbVie’s value proposition to healthcare providers.
• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with disease-state experts and speakers/advocates to enhance brand performance.
• Prioritize patients in all efforts and operate in accordance with AbbVie’s business code of conduct, policies, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven success in sales with strong presentation skills.
• Excellent customer relationship-building abilities.
• Enthusiasm for embracing challenges and achieving success.
• Strong business acumen; possesses strategic, analytical, and critical thinking capabilities.
• Ability to anticipate potential outcomes from both customer and competitive viewpoints.
• Capability to comprehend and utilize findings to formulate sales strategies.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50%, including overnight stays.
