This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Foster customer engagement and enhance sales performance through effective face-to-face interactions.
• Establish robust and compliant relationships with healthcare professionals and office personnel across designated accounts.
• Convey authorized promotional and disease-state information to promote appropriate product utilization.
• Utilize knowledge of products, diseases, and market dynamics to recognize opportunities and prioritize accounts.
• Assist in patient access by providing details regarding reimbursement, hubs, and co-pay assistance.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and further business goals.
• Employ digital tools and insights to plan, implement, and refine activities within the territory.
• Propel the launch and expansion of GI products through compliant and strategic partnerships within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders to implement promotional strategies, support formulary access, and enhance customer engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or related therapeutic healthcare provider experience.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or similar impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, ideally in Gastroenterology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Profound understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and the specialty reimbursement and distribution process.
• Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-informed decision-making skills, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Strong digital engagement skills (e.g., Veeva Engage, Teams) and comfort with hybrid sales models.
• Must live within a reasonable distance of all business points within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Overnight stays may be required as necessary, depending on territory size and business requirements.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
