This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Enhance customer engagement and drive sales performance through impactful in-person interactions.
• Establish compliant relationships with healthcare professionals and office staff within designated accounts.
• Convey approved promotional and disease-state messages to encourage appropriate product utilization.
• Utilize knowledge of products, diseases, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and prioritize accounts.
• Assist in patient access by providing information regarding reimbursement, hubs, and co-pay resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet customer needs and promote business objectives.
• Employ digital tools and insights to strategize, implement, and enhance territory activities.
• Work alongside Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders to implement promotional strategies and facilitate formulary access.
• Propel the launch and growth of GI products within assigned accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree, OR an associate’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; marketing in these fields; or relevant therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• A valid U.S. driver's license and a driving record that adheres to company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will result in disqualification from employment.
• 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, preferably in Gastroenterology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Strong comprehension of complex disease states, biologics, and the specialty reimbursement and distribution process.
• Experience in engaging with key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making skills, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proficient in digital engagement tools (e.g., Veeva Engage, Teams) and comfortable with hybrid selling models.
• Must reside within a reasonable distance of all business points within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts/office locations within the territory.
• Availability to stay overnight as needed based on territory size and business requirements.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not currently available and will not be offered in the future.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
