This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Enhance customer engagement and drive sales performance through effective face-to-face interactions.
• Cultivate robust and compliant relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and office personnel across designated accounts.
• Convey approved promotional messages and disease-state information to encourage appropriate product utilization.
• Utilize knowledge of products, diseases, and market trends to identify opportunities and prioritize key accounts.
• Assist with patient access by providing details on reimbursement options, hubs, and co-pay resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and further business goals.
• Employ digital tools and insights to strategize, execute, and enhance territory activities.
• Work alongside Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders to implement promotional strategies and facilitate formulary access.
• Travel to all accounts and office locations within the designated territory, with potential overnight stays required.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree combined with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; marketing within these industries; or healthcare provider experience in aligned therapeutic areas.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license with a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or similar impaired driving citation in the past 7 years will result in disqualification from employment.
• Strong familiarity with complex disease states, biologics, and the specialty reimbursement and distribution processes.
• Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making skills, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proficient in digital engagement tools (e.g., Veeva Engage, Teams) and comfortable with hybrid selling models.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. by any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
