This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Enhance customer engagement and sales performance through impactful in-person interactions.
• Cultivate robust, compliant relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and office personnel across designated accounts.
• Convey approved promotional and disease-state messaging to encourage appropriate product utilization.
• Utilize knowledge of products, diseases, and market dynamics to pinpoint opportunities and prioritize accounts.
• Facilitate patient access by sharing information on reimbursement options, hubs, and co-pay resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs and further business goals.
• Employ digital tools and insights to strategize, implement, and enhance territory activities.
• Work alongside Therapeutic Area Specialists and Key Opinion Leaders to execute promotional tactics and support formulary access.
• Propel the launch and expansion of GI products through compliant and strategic relationships within assigned accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) alongside 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; marketing in these sectors; or relevant therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• A valid U.S. driver's license with a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is currently unavailable, now or in the future.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts and office locations within the assigned territory.
• Candidates may be required to stay overnight as necessary.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of experience in specialty sales, particularly in Gastroenterology, immunology, or inflammation.
• Preferred: Strong comprehension of complex disease states, biologics, and the specialty reimbursement and distribution processes.
• Preferred: Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Preferred: Demonstrated business acumen, data-driven decision-making abilities, and strategic thinking skills.
• Preferred: Strong digital engagement capabilities (e.g., Veeva Engage, Teams) and comfort with hybrid selling models.
