This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee FP&A responsibilities for a portfolio generating $10B in revenue and $4.7B in gross margin.
• Develop a comprehensive long-term finance strategy for the business.
• Standardize global planning and reporting across various business sectors, including parts, repairs, and field fulfillment.
• Create and implement finance processes following transformation initiatives.
• Consolidate outage mechanisms, field execution realities, and cost inputs for over 700 service events annually, totaling more than $2.6B in parts deliveries.
• Establish global analytical standards and driver-based models to enhance forecast precision and decrease MAPE to below 3%.
• Address cross-functional challenges and enhance financial results across commercial, operations, supply chain, and field execution teams.
• Drive transformation by outlining a vision and cultivating a high-performance FP&A team.
• Collaborate with four business-line leaders to promote data-driven decision-making and accountability.
• Offer financial partnership to the CEO and CFO of Gas Power Services.
• Report directly to the CFO of Global Services.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience or knowledge.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.
• Proven experience in finance leadership positions.
• Prior experience managing global organizations.
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or Finance from an accredited institution or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Preference for graduates from finance management leadership programs (e.g., FMP, OFLP/CAS, etc.).
• Strong understanding of the Gas Power and HDGT Services sectors is preferred.
• Experience within the Gas Power business is essential.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to devise and implement effective action plans.
• Capacity to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks under pressure.
• Experience in managing a multinational finance organization.
• Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership capabilities.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
