Garment Manufacturing QC Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions and reviews of garment quality inspection scenarios utilizing AI models.

• Assess the alignment of model reasoning with actual factory quality control practices.

• Analyze classification of defects and evaluate their severity.

• Examine inspection workflows throughout various production stages.

• Identify and document recurring errors in the model.

• Propose enhancements to training prompts and evaluation standards.

• Assist in training AI systems related to manufacturing quality, supply chain oversight, and production analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in inspecting garments and finished products within factory or production settings.

• Background in garment manufacturing quality assurance.

• Knowledge of defect identification, measurement tolerances, sewing quality, material consistency, finishing standards, and adherence to production guidelines.

• Understanding of sewing outputs, production lines, and inspection checkpoints.

• Valuable practical experience on the factory floor in quality checks or garment inspections.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate quality assessments and production realities.

• Advanced technical education is not mandatory.

• The contractor is expected to provide a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.
