Garment Manufacturing QC Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Madagascar.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions regarding garment quality inspection scenarios with AI models.

• Ensure that model reasoning is consistent with actual factory quality control practices.

• Assess defect classification and evaluate the severity of issues.

• Examine inspection workflows throughout various production stages.

• Identify and document recurring errors made by the models.

• Propose enhancements to training prompts and evaluation standards.

• Contribute to training AI systems by leveraging expertise in real-world garment manufacturing quality control.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in inspecting garments and finished products within factory or production settings.

• Background in garment manufacturing quality control, quality assurance, or garment inspection.

• Knowledge of sewing outputs, production lines, and inspection checkpoints.

• Hands-on experience on the factory floor.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate quality assessments and production realities.

• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.

• Advanced technical education is not mandatory.
