Garment Manufacturing QC Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer Project

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions regarding garment quality inspection scenarios with the AI model.

• Assess if the reasoning of the model corresponds with actual factory quality control practices.

• Analyze defect classification and severity evaluations.

• Examine inspection workflows throughout various production stages.

• Document recurring errors made by the model.

• Propose enhancements to training prompts and evaluation standards.

• Contribute to training AI systems by leveraging expertise in real-world garment manufacturing quality control.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in inspecting garments and finished products within factory or production settings.

• Background in quality control within garment manufacturing.

• On-the-ground experience in quality checking or garment inspection on the factory floor.

• Understanding of sewing outputs, production lines, and inspection checkpoints.

• Capability to assess defect identification, measurement tolerances, stitching quality, material consistency, finishing standards, and production compliance.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate quality assessments and production realities.

• A secure computer and high-speed internet connection are required.

• Advanced technical education is not necessary.
