Garment Manufacturing QC Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and discuss garment quality inspection scenarios utilizing AI models.

• Assess whether the reasoning of the model corresponds with actual quality control practices in factories.

• Analyze defect classification and severity ratings.

• Examine inspection workflows throughout various production stages.

• Document recurring errors made by the model.

• Propose enhancements to training prompts and evaluation standards.

• Assist in training AI systems aimed at manufacturing quality, supply chain oversight, and production analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in inspecting garments and finished products within factory or production settings.

• Background in garment manufacturing quality assurance.

• Hands-on experience on the factory floor related to quality checking or garment inspection.

• Understanding of sewing outputs, production lines, and inspection checkpoints.

• Awareness of defect identification, measurement tolerances, stitching quality, material consistency, finishing standards, and production compliance.

• Capable of articulating quality assessments and production realities effectively.

• A secure computer and high-speed internet must be provided by the contractor.

• Advanced technical education is not a prerequisite.
