Garment Manufacturing QC Specialist, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lesotho.

📋 Description

• Review and engage in discussions regarding garment quality inspection scenarios alongside AI models.

• Confirm that the model's reasoning is consistent with actual quality control practices in factories.

• Assess the classification of defects and their severity ratings.

• Analyze inspection workflows throughout various production stages.

• Document recurring errors made by the model.

• Propose enhancements to training prompts and evaluation standards.

• Assist in training AI systems by leveraging expertise in real-world garment manufacturing quality control.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in inspecting garments and finished products within factory or production settings.

• Valuable hands-on experience on the factory floor in quality checking or garment inspection.

• General exposure to garment manufacturing environments, including knowledge of sewing processes, production lines, and inspection points.

• Capability to assess defect identification, measurement tolerances, stitching quality, material consistency, finishing standards, and adherence to production guidelines.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate quality assessments and production realities.

• Advanced technical education is not a prerequisite.
