Garment Manufacturing QC Specialist, Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Analyze and discuss garment quality inspection scenarios using AI models.

• Confirm if the model's reasoning corresponds with actual factory QC practices.

• Assess defect classification and evaluate the severity of issues.

• Examine inspection workflows throughout various production stages.

• Identify and document recurring errors in the model.

• Recommend enhancements to training prompts and evaluation metrics.

• Challenge AI models regarding defect detection, measurement tolerances, stitching quality, material consistency, finishing standards, and adherence to production regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in inspecting garments and finished products within factory or production settings.

• Strongly valued hands-on experience in quality checking or garment inspection on the factory floor.

• General knowledge of garment manufacturing environments, including understanding sewing outputs, production lines, and inspection checkpoints.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate quality assessments and production realities.

• A secure computer and high-speed internet connection must be provided by the contractor.

• Geographic location may influence the final offer amount.
