Garment Manufacturing QC Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh.

📋 Description

• Engage in discussions regarding garment quality inspection scenarios with AI models.

• Assess the alignment of model reasoning with actual factory quality control practices.

• Conduct evaluations of defect classification and severity assessments.

• Analyze inspection workflows throughout various production stages.

• Document recurring errors identified by the model.

• Propose enhancements to training prompts and evaluation standards.

• Challenge AI models on aspects such as defect identification, measurement tolerances, stitching quality, material consistency, finishing standards, and compliance with production protocols.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in inspecting garments and finished products within factory or production settings.

• Background in quality control related to garment manufacturing.

• Understanding of sewing outputs, production lines, and inspection checkpoints.

• Valuable hands-on experience on the factory floor in quality checking or garment inspection.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate quality assessments and production realities.

• Advanced technical education is not a prerequisite.

• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.
