Game Producer – Hybrid Casual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Develop innovative Hybrid Casual games from the ground up.

• Discover product opportunities and transform them into testable game concepts and prototypes.

• Investigate trends in Hybrid Casual gaming, emerging mechanics, successful products, competitors, player behavior, and market potential.

• Oversee projects from initial concept and prototyping through marketability testing, technical launch, retention testing, and D7/D30 validation.

• Establish product hypotheses, validation criteria, testing requirements, and the minimum product scope.

• Evaluate test outcomes and make decisions to proceed, iterate, or discontinue.

• Manage early-stage product metrics including CPI, CTR, retention, engagement, playtime, monetization, ARPU/ARPDAU, and ROAS.

• Collaborate with the Game Design team on gameplay, progression, difficulty, economy, meta systems, and monetization strategies.

• Partner with User Acquisition (UA) and Creative teams to assess marketability and creative potential.

• Maintain a steady pipeline of product concepts and experimental initiatives.

• Lead a cross-functional Research and Development team encompassing Game Design, Development, Art, Analytics, UA, and Creative.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Game Producer, Product Manager, Product Owner, or Lead Game Designer within the mobile gaming industry.

• Demonstrated experience in taking various game concepts from idea or prototype to market validation, including projects that have reached retention and D7/D30 testing phases.

• A portfolio showcasing Hybrid Casual projects that detail the initial product hypothesis, validation process, metrics utilized, outcomes achieved, and decisions informed by those results.

• In-depth knowledge of the Hybrid Casual mobile games market, encompassing current genres, mechanics, monetization models, and product trends.

• Strong grasp of early-stage product and UA metrics, including CPI, CTR, retention, engagement, playtime, ARPU/ARPDAU, and ROAS.

• Capability to diagnose whether a project's primary issue is related to core gameplay, product depth, monetization, creatives, or user acquisition, and to define the next experiments accordingly.

• Robust analytical and product-oriented thinking with the capacity to make decisions based on incomplete data.

• Experience in managing and coordinating cross-functional development teams.

• Strong skills in communication, leadership, and prioritization.
