📋 Description

• Develop mathematical models for crash games, gambling games, slots, or similar mechanics.

• Comprehend RTP, volatility, probability distribution, and payout balancing.

• Execute simulations, Monte Carlo tests, and stress tests.

• Present examples of games, models, or reports that have been successfully launched.

• Convert mathematical concepts into tables, rules, and backend logic.

• Assist developers during the integration phase to ensure that the model is accurately calculated and that the RTP remains stable in production.

• Assume responsibility for the game’s mathematical model, which includes balance, RTP, event probabilities, behavior scenarios, simulations, model validation, and integration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in game mathematics, including at least 2 years focused on slots, crash, or related gambling mechanics.

• A portfolio of 10 or more released games where you were accountable for the mathematical model.

• Strong proficiency in probability theory, distributions, and expected value.

• Experience in constructing models using Excel/Google Sheets and Python (or C++/C#) for simulations.

• Conduct Monte Carlo simulations, stress tests, and validate RTP/volatility on large sample sizes.

• Capable of transforming a model into production-ready artifacts: paytables, reel strips, configuration tables, and rules.

• Experience in supporting developers through integration and verifying RTP in a production environment.

• Knowledge of certification requirements and market-specific RTP limits.

• Detail-oriented and precise.
