Galician Translation Quality Rater

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Review and edit machine-translated customer service content with exceptional accuracy and consistency.

• Assess the quality of machine translation output and assign severity ratings as necessary, adhering to project specifications.

• Generate high-quality human translations to serve as reference material for model training and quality assessment.

• Adhere to established style guides, tone guidelines, and terminology standards.

• Detect and report recurring quality issues in machine translation and trends at the batch level.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native fluency in the Galician language coupled with strong English language skills.

• Background in translation, localization, or post-editing of machine translation.

• Knowledge of machine translation quality assessment and error detection.

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

• Capability to work autonomously in an online setting.
