Galician Language Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Engage with advanced language models focusing on Galician language topics.

• Document the failure modes of models to enhance reasoning capabilities.

• Interact with models regarding language scenarios.

• Assess factual accuracy and logical consistency.

• Record reproducible error traces.

• Propose enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

• Assist in the development of high-quality training data for AI language models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in the Galician language, covering grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics.

• Capability to assess verb conjugation, noun declension, sentence structure, regional dialects, formal and informal registers, and the nuances of the Galician writing system.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate processes.

• A master’s or PhD in Galician language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Experience with peer-reviewed publications, teaching, or practical linguistic analysis projects indicates a good fit.
