Fundraising Campaign Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee the comprehensive campaign calendar.

• Acquire media coverage, podcast opportunities, panel discussions, and speaking slots.

• Plan and execute founder dinners, investor gatherings, and regional meetings.

• Oversee founder schedules, travel logistics, briefings, and preparation activities.

• Collaborate with PR agencies, event collaborators, content teams, and external vendors.

• Monitor deadlines, reservations, follow-ups, deliverables, and the overall progress of campaigns.

• Proactively identify and address issues independently.

• Deliver clear weekly updates on progress, risks, and subsequent steps.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience leading a campaign from conception to execution.

• Experience in PR, communications, events, political campaigns, product launches, conferences, or related fields.

• Established professional network throughout the Gulf region, especially in Saudi Arabia and Qatar.

• Solid understanding of regional media, events, and platforms such as LEAP, GITEX, Misk, and Hub71.

• Experience collaborating directly with founders, executives, or senior management.

• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at working independently without close supervision.

• Availability throughout the entire campaign duration.

• Openness and capability to travel across the GCC as needed.
