Delivery Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of intricate enterprise supply chain transformation initiatives.

• Develop, implement, and enhance detailed program strategies.

• Ensure compliance with implementation methodologies, security regulations, compliance standards, and operational policies.

• Evaluate program effectiveness and document insights gained.

• Act as the main point of contact for C-suite and VP-level client stakeholders.

• Foster enduring relationships across client business, operations, and IT departments.

• Manage project scope and advise on strategic trade-offs that balance timelines, budgets, and business impact.

• Recognize, track, and alleviate project risks.

• Lead project escalations and devise resolution strategies.

• Supervise engagement P&L, budgets, margins, revenue recognition, and approval of invoices.

• Discover and nurture opportunities for account expansion.

• Draft, negotiate, and finalize Statements of Work, Change Orders, and strategic proposals.

• Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams comprising clients, o9 experts, software vendors, and GSI partners.

• Manage resource needs, onboarding, allocation, and offboarding schedules.

• Conduct performance evaluations, mentor junior delivery personnel, and offer coaching and career growth support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline.

• 12+ years of professional experience in leading complex supply chain transformation initiatives and managing critical client relationships.

• 12+ years of project/program management experience within an enterprise software vendor, prestigious management consulting firm, or global enterprise.

• Demonstrated success in managing multi-million-dollar enterprise SaaS/Cloud software implementations.

• In-depth operational or consulting expertise in enterprise supply chain processes, such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP/S&OP, Control Tower, or Merchandising/Retail Planning.

• Outstanding presentation, negotiation, and executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.

• Proven capacity to lead integrated delivery teams alongside major Global System Integrators and third-party vendors.

• Strong proficiency in SOW drafting, contract management, risk mitigation, and commercial growth within existing accounts.

• Advanced ability to balance tactical delivery realities with strategic long-term client objectives.
