This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead a high-achieving learning organization that provides outstanding learning experiences, promotes product adoption, and enhances client satisfaction.
• Design and implement the learning strategy, encompassing scalable onboarding, enablement, certification, and training initiatives.
• Continuously improve curriculum, delivery techniques, learner success, and business results.
• Enhance the client learning journey, streamline procedures, and deploy scalable tools, technologies, and cross-functional solutions.
• Supervise the Learning Management System and utilize technology-driven solutions along with instructional design principles.
• Set up curriculum governance and instructional standards that align with adult learning principles, product strategy, client requirements, and organizational goals.
• Establish and track KPIs, productivity metrics, objectives, and learning effectiveness indicators.
• Leverage client, learner, and employee feedback to refine learning content, communications, and programs.
• Act as the senior point of escalation for complex client learning and training challenges.
• Lead the Learning Community of Practice and associated initiatives.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of eMoney products, systems, processes, and policies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional partners on learning performance, client trends, program effectiveness, risks, opportunities, and business insights.
• Mentor and develop team leaders and learning professionals through performance management, career growth, succession planning, and structured development programs.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in people leadership, including proven success in managing managers, team leaders, or multidisciplinary learning teams.
• More than 10 years of progressive experience in training, Learning & Development, and/or customer education.
• Strong grasp of financial terminology and concepts.
• Demonstrated expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, curriculum development, and learning effectiveness practices.
• Familiarity with financial advisory services is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Extensive experience in designing, scaling, and leading learning, coaching, and enablement programs within a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of client success, professional services, and learning best practices.
• Experience leading teams that provide learning services directly to clients.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and relationship-building abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of learning and development trends.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, exercise sound judgment, and facilitate timely decision-making.
• Capability to balance urgency, quality, client needs, and organizational objectives.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities and initiatives concurrently.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and change management capabilities.
