This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.
• Oversee the daily management of the funded sales, repair, and rental order processes.
• Ensure timely processing of funding cases in alignment with third-party criteria.
• Supervise daily operations within the Funding Department, ensuring adherence to state and federal laws, policies, and regulations.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members.
• Drive the team towards achieving revenue and forecasting objectives.
• Initiate and track action plans when operational goals are not achieved or when performance issues arise.
• Uphold internal controls regarding the funded sales pipeline.
• Monitor funding requests, third-party submissions, authorization approvals, and order fulfillment.
• Spearhead process improvement initiatives and ensure the implementation and sustainability of policies and procedures.
• Address escalated issues from customers, sales staff, and third-party payers.
• Track key performance indicators and monthly sales targets across the department.
• Maintain communication with employees, management, field staff, SLPs, billing and collections teams, insurance providers, educational or governmental institutions, clients, and family members.
• Support the Director of Funding in efforts to enhance sales growth, reduce cycle times, and improve inter-departmental operations.
• Educate on the funding process and convey funding-related challenges and requirement changes to third-party payers.
• Revise funding policies and procedures as necessary.
• Execute additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of experience in funding authorization or supervision is preferred.
• Previous management or leadership experience is desired.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Interpersonal, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom.
• Ability to adapt and remain composed under stress.
