This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of relationships with funding agencies and serve as the main operational liaison between EVCS and external grant officials.

• Keep an eye on the market for relevant upcoming bidding and grant prospects.

• Advise on how EVCS should engage based on the fit of opportunities.

• Coordinate team efforts to draft, write, and refine company submissions for grants and rebates.

• Act as the internal expert on grant compliance matters.

• Interpret regulations and provide guidance to internal teams accordingly.

• Maintain digital records of grant agreements, amendments, correspondence, and compliance documentation to ensure audit readiness.

• Organize and oversee the efforts of the Grant Coordinator and Grant Administrator to achieve team objectives.

• Keep a pipeline of forthcoming funding opportunities.

• Prioritize opportunities that align with EVCS’s business model.

• Submit compelling and financially sound proposals on behalf of EVCS.

• Build strategic partnerships and manage relationships with agencies as well as internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in the implementation of funding programs and monitor the utilization of received funds.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Public Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in managing grants, funding programs, government contracts, or incentive programs.

• Proven experience in preparing successful funding or grant applications.

• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Robust analytical and financial reporting skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.

• Preferred: experience in clean energy, electric vehicle infrastructure, utilities, sustainability, or government-funded initiatives.

• Preferred: knowledge of federal funding programs, state incentive programs, and public sector procurement.

• Preferred: experience with grant management software or CRM systems.

• PMP or Grant Professional Certification (GPC) is an advantage.
