Fully Qualified Lawyer, Junior Legal Counsel – Contract Law, Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Review, negotiate, and oversee essential contracts in both German and English.

• Provide guidance to operational units on a variety of legal issues, excluding tax and employment law.

• Create practical legal solutions for a company with international operations.

• Draft templates for contracts.

• Simplify intricate legal concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.

• Conduct practical, business-focused training sessions.

• Serve as a collaborative partner for the business.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed law degree and certification as a fully qualified attorney.

• Proficient in both German and English (minimum C1 level).

• Familiarity with MS Office applications.

• Strong interest in LegalTech and digital legal processes.

• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.

• Capable of effective teamwork.

• Excellent negotiation abilities.

• Customer-oriented and able to work independently.
