This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Lead and guide a team of Fullstack engineers, promoting quality, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
• Actively contribute to the codebase by writing production-level code, performing code reviews, and establishing coding standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams to create cohesive, user-focused features.
• Define and steer the Fullstack technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap.
• Recruit, onboard, and nurture Fullstack engineering talent.
• Incorporate AI-driven coding agents and automated LLM-based testing into everyday development practices.
• Design and develop AI-First UI patterns, including generative, prompt-driven interfaces, in collaboration with the LLM Platform team.
• Manage the Execution Gap by transforming product roadmaps into actionable, high-velocity engineering sprints.
• Implement Ruthless Prioritization to effectively balance technical debt with feature velocity.
• Create and maintain user-facing applications and interfaces for Kayzen’s mobile demand-side platform, including campaign management dashboards, real-time reporting, and internal tools.
• Over 10 years of professional Fullstack development experience, primarily with modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Extensive expertise in at least one major framework: React, Angular, or Vue, along with its ecosystem.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience in building complex, data-rich UIs with real-time data visualization.
• Solid understanding of Fullstack performance optimization, including bundle size, rendering, lazy loading, and caching strategies.
• Familiarity with state management patterns such as Redux, MobX, Zustand, or similar.
• Proficient in Fullstack testing methodologies: unit, integration, and end-to-end testing utilizing Jest, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Knowledge of design systems and component library development.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code, to enhance engineering productivity.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or managing a Fullstack engineering team is essential.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and conduct influential code reviews.
• Experience in defining Fullstack architecture for large-scale applications.
• Strong understanding of APIs, RESTful services, GraphQL, and system design.
• Capability to balance technical debt management with feature delivery.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating technical decisions to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to shipping and iteration.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid changes in a fast-paced environment.
• Focused on leverage and reuse, rather than one-off solutions.
• Pragmatic in evaluating trade-offs between perfectionism and speed of delivery.
