Fullstack Software Engineer – Catering

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Ensure the maintenance of scalable, high-quality components and services that align with both team and company objectives.

• Oversee solutions that support online ordering, management, and transmission of significant catering orders.

• Play a role in technical decision-making, solution design, and architectural planning.

• Tackle technical debt, enhance reliability, and improve system performance.

• Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to convert customer requirements into technical solutions.

• Actively monitor and optimize system performance, addressing any issues that arise.

• Engage with stakeholders during incidents to ensure effective communication and quick resolution.

• Investigate problems, pinpoint root causes, and create long-lasting solutions.

• Document processes and share knowledge to enhance the technical proficiency of the team.

• Advocate for software development best practices, agile methodologies, and a culture of continuous improvement.

• Utilize Claude Code and GitHub Copilot regularly in day-to-day tasks.

• Take ownership of the team’s delivery pipeline, code quality, testing standards, and deployment methods.

• Participate in on-call responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in software engineering after graduation.

• Proficiency in C# and .NET.

• Practical experience with a front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.

• Familiarity with AWS Cloud services.

• Experience in writing unit tests and developing testable code.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to tackle complex technical challenges.

• Excellent judgment with a willingness to seek diverse perspectives and question assumptions.

• Capability to provide constructive feedback.

• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Consistently meet sprint and quarterly commitments while upholding high quality and efficiency standards.

• Participation in on-call duties is mandatory.
